In my role as Co-Chair of the North Carolina Bar Associations Leadership Academy, I had the pleasure to participate as Joy Ruhmann facilitated the NC Bar Association’s Annual Leadership Academy in both 2015 and 2017. Her assessments were incredibly accurate for all our participants and the information she shared on what makes an effective leader was not only very enlightening but highly engaging as well. We’re excited that Joy will be facilitating the Leadership Academy for us again in 2017!
